Why a business school for food?

The business of food is different. Everyone could be your customer and your critic. Barriers to entry are low, competition is fierce, success is hard. And growth? Harder still. It’s a complex, globally distributed system, with multiple segments and markets. Climate change, shifting consumer tastes, new regulations, health concerns—food businesses operate in an incredibly fluid environment. We’ve built FBS to be your guide through this unique landscape—helping you help us change the world through food.

Which program or course(s) is right for me?

It depends on what you’re looking to learn and achieve. Our Online Courses are excellent for anyone just starting out in the food business or looking for more inspiration, creativity and new tools, and wants the convenience of learning from anywhere.

Experienced food professionals, looking to tackle the challenges relevant to keeping your business successful and competitive, will welcome our Innovation Intensives. Intensives provide the time, space, inspiration and advanced techniques needed to step out of day-to-day tasks and into a focused process of creative problem-solving, innovation and strategizing.

What’s included in my tuition fee?

For Online Courses, your tuition fee cover all instruction and course materials. The tuition fees for Innovation Intensives covers all instruction, course materials and meals, including two dinners.
