Navitas Organics

As vice president of marketing and innovation for organic food company Navitas Organics, Ms. Golden oversees new product development and brand design, and manages a product portfolio of over 70 plant-based superfoods and snacks such as smoothie ingredients, seeds and nuts, nutrition powders, and energy bars. Her responsibilities include all aspects of the product, including general management, P&L, quality, consumer response, marketing mix, and retail activation.

Ms. Golden has launched over 50 products into the marketplace and worked with retailers across many channels. She has been involved in high growth companies and brands, having previously worked at Clif Bar & Company in Emeryville, CA, where she oversaw consumer facing marketing the LUNA and Clif Kid brands, developing compelling 360° consumer marketing campaigns across grassroots, social media, online, event, and high-reach platforms.

Brand Storytelling and grassroots marketing has been a consistent part of career. While at Clif Bar, Ms. Golden oversaw LUNAFEST, a fundraising platform for nonprofits in support of women filmmakers and, prior to Clif Bar, worked as Creative Director at a women’s health nonprofit. She has worked internationally, guiding Spanish hospitality brand RIU Hotels & Resorts to more effectively reach their North American Audience. A Native Minnesotan, Ms. Golden worked on high profile accounts for BMW USA, United Airlines, Macromedia, Holiday Inn Express, and Citibank while working as a creative manager at Fallon Worldwide, a critically acclaimed advertising and branding company.

A resourceful entrepreneur seasoned in building teams and results for high-growth companies, Ms. Golden earned a master’s of business administration degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
