Sangita Forth is a seasoned marketer and entrepreneur at heart whose passion is building mission-driven, lifestyle brands. Her brand experience spans from managing world-class brands at Kraft Foods and General Mills to growing early-stage challenger brands, including Method Products and Plum Organics. Sangita is currently the Chief Marketing Officer of Pique Tea. Prior to joining Pique, Sangita was a VP Brand & Marketing at Plum Organics, where she led brand and marketing initiatives, overseeing product strategy, marketing communications and activation that resulted in the brand becoming the #1 organic baby food company in the United States. Sangita also served as the General Manager and Marketing Director at Method Products, leading product launches into new categories, fabric care, baby care and adult personal care. Additionally, she has advised for small food brands including Somersault Snacks, Dang Foods and A2 Milk Company on defining and activating their brand strategies.
Sangita received her BS from Carnegie Mellon University and MBA from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. In her spare time, Sangita serves on non-profit boards for Lava Mae and Pacific Primary School. She also loves exploring the Bay Area with her husband and three children, and is an avid runner, yogi and skier.
