The Future of Food

The Future of Food conference is hosted by INACAP, the Professional Institute at the Technological University of Chile. This international conference is part of  the Institute’s Lecture Series on Human Development, and will analyze the current and future context of our food and present new perspectives with practical applications to gastronomy and tourism. FBS Dean and Executive Director William Rosenzweig will speak on the role of disruptive innovation and entrepreneurship in food.
